Torstein Vabo ansari
Torstein Vabo Ansari has served in Norway's Special Forces, led mountain and Arctic expeditions in harsh terrain, and spent more than fifteen years in yoga and meditation practice. He has two master’s degrees; one in nanotechnology and one in entrepreneurship. He has built businesses, trained bodies, and guided people through hard interior work.
He has also buried a child.
What came from that - a kind of change that can’t be taught, only lived, he brings into Ildfjell.
Eirik Skarholt
Eirik Skarholt is an experienced guide, therapist, and facilitator with more than 20 years of work in human development.
Originally trained as a chiropractor, he began his career working directly with the body as an entry point to deeper layers of awareness, trauma, and emotional release. Over time, his work evolved beyond biomechanics into a holistic approach where body, nervous system, emotions, and relationships are understood as one integrated field.
Eirik is known for his intuitive precision and his ability to sense what is happening beneath the surface. He has led men’s groups for many years, creating grounded and trustworthy spaces where honesty, vulnerability, and responsibility can emerge naturally. In his presence, structure meets flow, and strength meets sensitivity.
His facilitation invites integration rather than performance. For Eirik, development is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to what is already true.
