our story

It all started in 2020, when Torstein and Eirik met through a common friend, to build Pinecone Leadership. They immediatly hit it off and over time their bond grew into a brothership.

The brothership have been through ups and downs, frictions and flow-states as all deep relationships do, but the bond have endured and grown.

After Pinecone, they went separate ways professionally but were privately always a short phone call away.

Fast forward to 2026. Torstein have gone through his monumental tragedy of loosing a son, and have rebuilt himself from loss and grief into something totally different.

After facilitating a private retreat in the Norwegian Forest he woke up in the middle of the night with a Vision. A vision to create a container, a space for Men, to look deep into their powerful core, and come out again renewed, masculinity reclaimed, to meet the world with new eyes.

Who else to build it with than Eirik Skarholt. A brother, world-class chiropractor and seasoned coach.

We met in January 2026, and already in June this year, the first Ildfjell Retreat is happening.

It will be for the ages.
