Day 1. Thursday - Arrival

Arrival day is designed for you to land, not just physically, but internally.

You arrive, settle in, and begin to ground yourself in the landscape where we will evolve and expand our experience as men.

We connect with our fellow brothers. We slow down. We prepare, mentally, physically, and emotionally, for the next four days.

You will receive a clear and concise brief. You’ll get everything you need to know, and everything you don’t need to know. Enough structure to feel safe. Enough unknown to stay sharp.

From here, the work begins.

Get ready.

Day 2. Friday

A day inspired by survival and endurance training from the Norwegian Special Forces.

This day will push you into and beyond your physical and mental barriers of what you thought you were capable of enduring. You will bond in brotherhood through the culture established in the special forces and be given tasks and activitites that allows for survival in nature. This day is supervised for safety and security by experienced personell. We got your back.

You don’t get more information than this because a part of building psychological capacity is to be present in uncertainty and inpredictability. The program will test you in any way you need to grow as a man.

Day 3. Saturday

The shell is cracking.

What was hard begins to soften. What was defended begins to open. This day marks the transition into gentleness, into sharing, into truth spoken without armor.

A true warrior studies both fearlessness and tenderness. Strength without softness becomes rigid. Softness without strength becomes fragile. Here, we integrate both.

The nervous system shifts. Oxytocin replaces cortisol. Brotherhood replaces isolation. In this field of trust, you will be able to observe yourself more honestly and more deeply than before.

Guided with humility. Held with strength.

Go deep.

Day 4. Sunday

The relief. This day is dedicated to continue from day 3 and to summarize and share our experiences before departure at 1400.
